APT EZ HOLIDAYS HOTEL - Hanoi Hotel, Hanoi guesthouse, Hanoi Hostel

I stayed at this hotel last March 2012. The single room is very spacious and clean with a very big and excellent bed, and it is very affordable. The place is near Puku cafe and Hanoi Sky Hotel, where we had our buffet breakfast. Very accommodating staff.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, helping us with bags, booking
a trip to Halong Bay, buying a sim card and top ups etc. Our room was on
the 4th floor and had a great view and 2 double beds which were very
comfortable, the street below is noisy most of the time.

Thank to all the guys at Apt Ez for making our stay very welcoming and enjoyable.

We arrived at 1am and our room was not available. (Not sure why) We were
taken on a short walk to the Koto Hotel (same group) where we spent our
first night, we were mady very welcome and shown to a pleasant room.

Having read previous reviews, it seems some rooms are better than others but ous really was excellent, room 403.

We went on an overnight trip to Halong Bay (highly reccomended) the guys at the hotel arranged it all and looked after our bags while we were gone. On the day we left they arranged our taxi and we joined in with the owners 30th birthday celebrations.

2- I first found this hotel in one of the most populer websites in Thailand www.pantip.com . According to the comments from the website, seems the APT Guesthouse is more preferable among thai tourist. However, I found that APTEZ holiday hotel is more suitable for our stay Becuase:

- It is very quiet in the night as it is not located in center of old quaster, so we can sleep well all the night after the tiring days.

- APTEZ holiday hotel is nerver comparing to the guesthouse even it is a little bit more expensive then guesthouse but I think it is worth the money.

- The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made me feel at home all time doing my stay in teir hotel

from all of these, I strong recommand this hotel and you will have a wonderful, unforgetable memory in Vietnam

Arrived in Hanoi after 10 hour trip in car from Lao border. It was wonderfull to be wekomed by friendly service after the tiring trip. The staff was more than abliging and helpful in setting us in to our rooms. The rooms was clean and well presendted for the fee and th breakfast was a bonus. Thanks you to the staff for taking care of our bags whish away on tries, and, thanks to the night staff who helped fix us up here with a rooms following our reture from sapa It was 5am in the mornight

We have stayed here in the hotel and the beds is wonderful. We also booked sapa treking 4 days/3ngiht -2 nights of homestay, and we can wormly recommend it. And also the Halong bay, 1night on the boat was very nice .

- All transfers, all accomadation that we booked through them was of a very hight standard.

- Will definitely, use their hotel and their travel company when traveling through vietnam again.

the APT-EZ holidayhotel is located on a good quite street with plenty of food stall near by . The beds were some of the best we encomtered in Vietnam. I would recomand this hotel to anyone looking for a budget hotel in this area.

I stay at APT-EZ for 5 nights. I was very pleased with this hotel becuase it was good value, the staff were very friendly+ helpful + the hotel is in a central location. The room was very comfortable + clean. what I liked most about this hotel is that it is relatively quite - minimal traffic noise.
